here it is on brown, I think that it needs to be a dark color so the glasses really pop

I like the other color better, but the placement is nice

the more I look at it I think it is better on white.

White shirt, red heads, metallic silver and gold glasses

Not heart shaped enough. I think... if you could make a shape that tesselates and still looks like four conjoined heads you could be on to something.

Here is a more detailed view. Placement is one version back. Things to do:

1) More Heart Shaped

2) Add different Facial Hair to each head in the set of four

3) Add more awesome.

I thought about doing an almost gradiant across the heart. Is that what you mean about trying different colors.

Here is more colors maybe a more refined heart shape.

I love how "Escher-esque" it is, but I don't think it matters that it has a heart shape -- a simple square or rectangle "field" would probably accomplish your objective. See: http://www.clas.ufl.edu/ipsa/journal/images/escher1.gif for reference.

I have also considered doing it as a roll print or what ever is the pattern all over the shirt style of printing

interesting pattern but probably better to have dark background and lighter shade of the same color for the heads; i would lose the mustaches too and rearrange to get a better shape of the heart.

I kind of like it - maybe not so much on the white shirt, but it's a very eye-catching design. Is it supposed to be silver and gold foils on the glasses?



Also, I think the overall design is a little large. What if it were smaller and a little to the left, right over where the heart actually is? If you made it smaller, though, put less heads in.

I think the concept is too intricate to have that small.

see that is what I need to know. I can't decide if I should do it smaller with less heads or leave it bigger and the design unchanged. What do you think color wise. Should I put it on the dark blue or place it on a white, gray, pink or sky blue shirt.

You could keep the design's size but if you're going to do it that small you may want to have less/larger heads. colorwise, you may want to make the faces white or pink or something.
