This needs better centering on the shirt (non-select shirt designs can only take up the standard print areas on the shirt, away from any seams), but this conveys a strong message without being specific or pedantic. It reminds me of that Vietnam ad with the little girl counting flower petals and the voice segues into a man counting down a warhead release.

The image is quite powerful- 5 for sure. From a design side, I think it would look better if you shrunk the image a little, and then horizontally centered it, so that the image doesn't touch the sleeve.
