Aaaah, Spinal Tap! (I only know that reference because my boyfriend uses it a lot. He's a total metalhead.)
Did you design this in Illustrator? What I do is save it as a PDF, then open the PDF in Photoshop, crop it to 640x480 pixels, save it as a GIF, and voila. That way, it's just under the 120kb limit. If you did this in Photoshop, though, I don't really know what to tell you. You could probably lose the photo of the rock dude, actually---the shirt says it all. |

I use the gimp, but it does terrible things when I convert from jpeg to gif... I had a good one that was 208kb, it's that last few k that I can't get around.
