I would give you a 5 if each of the figures were slightly different. I don't usually gripe about cutty pastey, but this concept is so great that I think you should fully flush it out. 4.

The know-it-all in me wants to point out that ostriches don't bury their heads in the sand. Ever.
But yeah, cool idea. It would look better if you re-did the details on the other birds and clothes, instead of just changing the colours slightly. |

Thanks for the suggestion (the Haunt Of), I appreciate that you didn't refer the color changes as cut and paste. I'm working on a 2nd version. And you are correct, they never put their heads in the sand, it's just more fun to design from the myth rather than the truth.

To reinforce the idea of the race, could one of the ostriches actually be running? (Maybe the silhouetted one in the background?) The frustration of the other "ostrich jockeys" might be funnier that way.

FRICKINAWESOME on Jan 12 '08 I'm really loving the colors and how it makes my eyes sweat just by looking at it. not really a fan of the idea tho, but still a high score I'm giving here based on colors choice and overall awesomeness of the design.
