this looks kinda cool but i worry that the white on the chefs outfit stands out more then the spaghetti monster (which i presume is suppose to be the main character, centerpiece of the image). you should either just make it an outline (so the color of the chefs clothes are the t shirts), or a lighter tone of yellow so it matches the rest of the yellowness and tones him down a bit.
