It looks like an icecream cone cutout (say that 5 times fast). Perhaps she's kneeling in icecream that she melted with her hotness (along with everyone around)...

i like it, but i don't get it, she is holding a ice cream cone cut out...and holding a cherry, while her finger is melting and her hair looks like cotton candy, skeletons coming out of goo?
I think we all really want an explanation. |
