The lines around him are artistically showing the different types of diseases, etc. Pigeons look innocent, but they are highly toxic in the cities.

Well done . The design is very artistic . And the message is brilliant , because pigeons aren´t innocent at all , and using the lines to demonstrate the diseases , very very nice . I would definely weir this shirt ( in black )

The brown is perfect. I don't think anything needs to be changed. I love this, being from the city and all. Is that white splatter supposed to be poop? Haha!
