really dig the low contrast...

might also work well on the gray slate shirt color with a same color ink...

but really dig the black ink on black shirt idea....fits the subject matter perfectly....if i get any grease on the shirt while tuning my hotrod it will only add to the design...

Black on black looks great. Just make sure that the shirt really isn't a rich black, but lighter -like in the pic. $5 from me!

I love the black on Black. I would proudly buy this to wear while I work on my car... ok, while I wait at the Dealership while they fix my car... it's still under warranty. :) But this would be a great shirt for any car guy. big5big$

this extremely low contrast reminds me of metallica's black album cover

i think there's an interesting lesson in this shirt. it refuses to do all sorts of things that shirts usually do: it refuses to have contrast, it refuses to sit in the center and be stared at, and it refuses to have much of a story. but then when you pay attention, it does have a bit of contrast, and you notice it; it flows over the shoulder in an interesting way, and you see its center; and the nuts and bolts and wrenches start suggesting stories of their own.



out of nothing, all sorts of things that grab your attention and connect. it's a stealth-hip shirt at school: almost but then not at all a traditional black t-shirt....

FINALLY! a true man's man shirt. I could get many people to buy this shirt. It is cool. I like the low contrast but could see the wrenches and sockets coming up to a light gray. Stick with the black palette...
