Hey, whadayaknow... I'm from Poland...
I wonder if you now that polka is not a Polish dance. It's Czech. |
Well in the creators defense there is something known as Polish-style Polka. It has it's origins in Chicago.
"gorzka żoladkowa vodka" the best one for me :> Once I heard people who were arguing who was the inventor of vodka .. Polish or Rushians .. Of course both of ideas aren''t true
5 for a tee :) |
Not to diss on the design becasue I know the artists point was to do sometihng unique, but a plain bottle or on with a letter in it is more compelling to me.
The origins of vodka is indeed dubious, but for the most part it's birth is accredited to regions of the former Soviet Union.
it looks like a scene from "The King and I", which isn't Polish or Czech, or Russian... I like the basic idea though.
yeah, i agree with blandford too.
different graphic though and you're good because this is really funny. oh wait.. different placement too. THEN you're good lol. as of right now.. $3. |
the average onlooker isnt going to sit and study this design like we are ...there are some valid points mentioned above...but i think that this is a great design and i would totally wear it...
YES. I love the idea of a parody on alcohol, regardless of some of the issues others have brought up.
To whomever said Polish peasants do not polka, hah! They do so. They may not have invented it, but they do polka. :)
The dancers look like they are from the King and I? Not Polish dancers at all... I like the design, but the Polish thing's not working.
