Rockslide on May 02 '06 I really like your latest work, its too bad there isn't a kid's threadless. And I mean that as a compliment, I think these would make even cooler kid's shirts than adults (although I would still wear them as an adult).

Gringz on May 02 '06 Rockslide> I see what you mean, I´ve noticed this as well... my every day doodles are freakish, but I guess after building upon a design idea that suits for a shirt they come out "lighter". At least I can still give them a lot of body hair!

I don't think the octopus has to be meaner - it could just as easily be a curious and playful octopus who thinks the sub looks like a fun toy and takes it, causing deep trouble. The guy doesn't have to be personally gruesomely mauled by an angry octopus to be in deep trouble there. ;)

Fantastic. Just wish there were perhaps a slight outline on the octopus, though I understand how it plays as a subtlety. Hell, I like it as is. I'm just tired.

The use of negative space to convey the octopus was a good choice. We don't know how big it is, and that's the fun of it. Excellent.
