I take this to mean that I'm supposed to cut a hole in the middle of my shirt, and then stick my pinky-less hand through the hole. I could freak out lots of people that way... I guess...

Is the pinky finger paranoid that the other fingers are plotting against him? I'm not really sure what's going on here, but I do like the facial expression on the finger with the moustache.
