I think it would be good without the text and maybe in the lower left corner of the tee and smaller.

Good concept, but it needs a little refining. I'm so-so about the text - either remove it entirely, or tweak the font so it fits the image better.
This would look good on a grey tee, it's a little muddy on a dark shirt unless you break out the highlights. |

I don't think it needs the text. The splatters don't really follow the curve of the tank, so I guess that should be fixed, and the main bottom splatter is stretched a bit wonky. Cool idea, though!
